Barrister and Solicitor (Ontario, Canada)

I am a Barrister and Solicitor called to the bar of Ontario (2013), practicing exclusively in criminal, regulatory offences, and constitutional  law in the London, Sarnia, and surrounding regions in Ontario, Canada.

Facing criminal charges is an unpleasant, if not terrifying, experience. I understand how confused and worried  you may be feeling, and I am here to protect your rights and to fight in your corner.

I will provide you with an initial consultation to see if and how I can serve your interests. Legal cases (and even just the language) can be complicated and intimidating. I will guide you through every step of your case, keeping you up to date, making sure you understand exactly what is going on, advising you on every decision that needs to be made, and representing you and your interests in Court, wherever necessary.  I am here to serve you and am proud to have been protecting the rights of the people of Ontario since my days as a law student.

Call today and schedule an initial consultation.

Luigi Perzia, B.A.(Hons.), J.D.

VIGOROUS DEFENCE

I am your ally in the Courtroom.  All legal options will be considered in the planning and execution of your defence.  Your case may turn on a battle of experts, hinge on the cross-examination of Crown witnesses, or depend on successful Charter of Rights and Freedoms litigation. You can rest assured that the defence of your matter will be carried out in a vigorous, steadfast, and knowledgeable manner.

CURRENT STATE OF THE LAW

Up-to-date knowledge and an understanding of the evolving state of the law is key when crafting your defence.  The availability of certain defences, the rules of evidence, remedies available as a result of violations of your Charter rights and freedoms, and even the Criminal Code itself may change from time to time. You must be prepared.  I will stay abreast of the current state of criminal law in order to achieve the best possible result for you.
